Journal Specific Instructions

Help shape physiopraxis

We work closely with authors on articles and provide support with text editing and formatting. It is important to us to present complex specialized topics in a way that is understandable and practical. If this aligns with your goals and you would like to become an author for physiopraxis, we would appreciate a brief “outline” for your article:
  • What is your topic?
  • For which target audience do you want to write the article (high school students, college students, teachers, employees, self-employed individuals, physical therapists with a specific focus such as pain management, neurorehabilitation, or orthopedics)?
  • What motivates you to write the article? What is your intention?
  • What qualifies you as the author of this article?
  • Which physiopraxis section is the article suitable for?
  • What key message will your article convey?
  • What outline do you have in mind for this?
  • Should readers learn about, understand, apply, analyze, further develop, or evaluate the aspect/topic addressed?
  • What is the evidence base? Are there scientific studies on the topic?
  • Will you include a case study?
Please do not submit a finished manuscript. And please understand that we cannot provide immediate feedback on the content. For press law reasons, please also note: We cannot publish texts that have already appeared or will appear in the same wording in another medium.
