Acceptance of a Manuscript
The DHZ publishes only original manuscripts that have not been submitted for publication elsewhere or published elsewhere. Since the issue’s content for the respective cover topic is determined early on, we recommend consulting with the editorial team before drafting a paper. Upon acceptance of a paper by the editorial team, copyright is transferred to the publisher in accordance with legal provisions.
Revising Your Manuscript
DHZ is not intended to be a dry academic journal. We aim to present complex topics in understandable, clear language. Do not be surprised if we edit your text to align as closely as possible with the style of our magazine. To ensure the text contains no technical errors, you will receive the final version for proofreading before it goes to press.
Manuscript Format for Original Articles
Outline/Structure
Please structure your article as follows:
• The title of the article (as short and informative as possible).
• A brief summary (2 to a maximum of 3 short sentences) that conveys the content of the work and the most important facts without repeating the text verbatim.
• Keywords (up to 5, which provide insight into key points of the text).
• This is followed by the main text.
• Notes and references (max. 5) should be placed at the end of the article.
• Please provide names with complete addresses, as well as any co-authors, including phone numbers and email addresses.
The abstract and keywords will not be printed in the journal but will appear only in the electronic version of the journal. They serve primarily as a research aid.
